CORI INFORMATION
All volunteers must have a current CORI form on file. HPS must perform CORI checks on all individuals regardless of previous checks by other clubs and organizations.
CORI checks are valid for three years. New or updated CORI forms are required to be completed in person with a valid, government-issued picture ID at the Superintendent's Office (attached to the High School) or at a school office.
CORI forms can take up to two weeks to process, so get them in well before you intend to volunteer on-site!
To check your CORI status, contact the Central office at (508) 429-0654. The Central office is open over the summer - it’s the perfect time to get your CORI done! It’s in the Superintendent’s office attached to the High School. As you’re facing the High School, the office is the smaller building on the right. The closest parking is located at the front right of the building.
