The Outdoor Learning Alliance (OLA) committee has been busy getting the schools ready for spring! Take a look at what we’ve been up to:
HHS benches pressure washed - a big THANK YOU to Mr. Ryan McKinnon of Veteran Pressure Washing (and a HHS graduate). He generously pressure washed the benches in the high school courtyard. They are now ready to be painted by the art club. Thank you to Veteran Pressure Washing!
Placentino garden clean up - The Placentino courtyard garden tulips that were planted by the students in the science class are in full bloom. Next the students plan on planting radishes and peas. They are looking for donations of some shade plants, ideally hellebores. Please reach out to OLA if you can help.
Dig Festival at Miller on Saturday, May 3 - click for details
Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to dig, divide, and share perennials! Join us for Miller School’s Spring Dig Festival on Saturday, May 3rd, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the front entrance.
Bring a shovel and dig up Daylilies, yellow Iris, blue Flag Iris and anything else that might be growing from our front garden as we prepare for a beautiful renovation!
Take home a plant and help the spirit of Miller bloom across our town. There will be face painting, chalk the walk and a lemonade stand for the kids!
Donations to the Holliston Outdoor Learning Alliance, which works to create outdoor learning spaces for all children, are always appreciated and will go towards future Miller courtyard renovations!
Inviting all Elementary Families to a fun free night of BINGO!
Raise Craze Recap:
February 14th marked the final day of our 2-week Raise Craze fundraiser, and what a success it has been! Thanks to your unwavering support, we didn't just meet our $30,000 goal; we soared past it by raising an astonishing $51,000 across the district, completing 2,200 Acts of Kindness along the way!
With our annual PTO budget ranging between $70,000 and $75,000, this overwhelming support and generosity has solidified the funding we need to maintain the programs that our students and staff rely on.
YOU did this! Thank you for being a part of this incredible achievement!
Check out the leaderboard for detailed stats!
Family Service Night Recap:
A key part of this fundraiser was the Family Service Night, which gave families the opportunity to connect and create while serving local non-profit organizations.
THANK YOU to all the families who showed up on February 4th, rolled up your sleeves, and poured their hearts into serving and spreading kindness. Your efforts made a meaningful impact in our community!
Dozens of letters were written to our police, Fire/EMS, Veterans, and teachers. 83 beautiful suncatchers are ready to give to residents at Cole Court. 50 birthday bags were prepped for Pantry Shef patrons. Dozens of calming fidgets were made to be donated to the police department. Knowledge was built around kindness to ourselves and to our earth. A quilt was created to remind us to remain kind, and much more!
THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS: Your enthusiasm from start to finish kept us energized and inspired to make this event as special as possible for the families in our community. We appreciate your tireless service to our community day in and out.

Building upon our impressive response to our Keep What You Love annual fund campaign led by our families, we have contacted many area businesses to launch a business matching program. Our hope is that with their help, we can grow your $5,500 to $10,000 by the end of the year. So far, our community of businesses has helped us raise $675 towards that goal! A huge thank you to Stucchi Landscape and Design, BDR Automotive, Chesmore Funeral Home, and The Candy Cottage for leading the way. Please thank them for supporting our students and teachers the next time you stop in! If you own a business or know a business that may want to support our schools, please help us by forwarding them this business-giving link we created specifically for them. Thank you for your help!

Here we go Senior Parents!!!
Hello everyone!
It is hard to believe that we are already planning for the HHS 2024-2025 Yearbook! As we know many seniors like to purchase a yearbook, we wanted to make you aware that sales for the 2024-2025 yearbook go live on Thursday 8/1/2024. At that time, yearbooks will be $65.00 and prices will increase on 10/1/2023 and again on 2/28/2025. We wanted to make sure seniors/parents/guardians know and get their books purchased early at the discounted price. Last year, the books sold out and some people were not able to purchase a book, so the earlier you buy the better!
You can purchase the yearbook at www.yearbookforever.com (search for Holliston High School). If you need financial assistance, please contact administration and they will contact the yearbook advisor (Ms. Victoria Roy)
Additionally, for seniors here are some important dates for the yearbook:
