OLA Spring Updates

The Outdoor Learning Alliance (OLA) committee has been busy getting the schools ready for spring! Take a look at what we’ve been up to:

  • HHS benches pressure washed - a big THANK YOU to Mr. Ryan McKinnon of Veteran Pressure Washing (and a HHS graduate). He generously pressure washed the benches in the high school courtyard. They are now ready to be painted by the art club. Thank you to Veteran Pressure Washing

  • Placentino garden clean up - The Placentino courtyard garden tulips that were planted by the students in the science class are in full bloom. Next the students plan on planting radishes and peas. They are looking for donations of some shade plants, ideally hellebores. Please reach out to OLA if you can help.

  • Dig Festival at Miller on Saturday, May 3 - click for details
